ISSUE:

Shortcuts to apps that has been moved to SD card and other custom shortcuts may disappear when rotating or restarting the tablet

RESOLUTION:

Unfortunately there is no resolution for this unexpected behavior at this time. We hope to have a resolution in a future firmware update release.
